Our founders, Ann Elliott, Christine Martin and Shereen Ritchie passionately believe in the power of mentoring to build confidence, to motivate and inspire and to transform women’s lives and business outcomes.
Boardwalk is proud to welcome twenty outstanding sector leaders who have agreed to be mentors on the inaugural programme.
We have created Boardwalk, a not-for-profit organisation, because we believe that women make a huge, positive difference to the financial performance of their boards.
We want to move the dial to board parity.
Applicants to our mentee programme must be proposed by a board member and already be working at director level in the hospitality sector.
