The programme is open to director-level women working in multi-site hospitality businesses in the UK – from any format and from any discipline. Mentees must meet our selection criteria as outlined below.
A high performing, high potential, director-level woman
Nominated, supported and sponsored by their board/business leader for the programme
Identified as future board member within 12-24 months
Minimum of 2 years at director level in a multi-site hospitality operating company
Ambitious for a board career
Committed to full participation in the 12 month programme
The fees for the annual programme are £1,800 per mentee
Payment is only due if your mentee is accepted onto the programme
Fees to be paid in advance of the programme starting and should be met by the mentee’s company

Include the name and position of your proposed mentee
We also need a short statement from the mentee’s ‘sponsor’ within the business (MD/HRD/other board level exec) with reasons for your nomination.
Confirmation that – if successful – the company will meet the fee (£1,800)
We’ll then contact your mentee for some more information on their aspirations/ and expectations before making a final decision.
Applications for the 25/26 programme close on 23 May 2025.
If successful – you will be notified of your mentee’s acceptance on the programme by 26 May with full joining details.
Mentoring starts w/c 9 June 2025
Please note – we only have twenty places on the programme and places cannot be guaranteed until all applications are in and mentors allocated.
